I did, it was really good once I realised that I would have to take my time with it and not plough through it, as I usually read fast. She’s still a quicker read than Proust though!
Days of Reading is a good start, it’s short but gives you a good selection of his essays, the talk of books is wonderful and the look at art is also a fine read as well.

That’s true it’s a slow read. I haven’t read Proust yet, will you suggest some book by him?
